Kbudget is a web app for personal budgeting — track income and expenses, set goals, and understand where your money goes.
Get insights
See detailed analytics of your spending and income. Charts and breakdowns help you spot patterns and make better decisions — not at the end of the month, but as you go.
Plan your budget
Set limits, track progress, and stay on top of your spending. Kbudget turns a vague intention to “spend less” into a clear plan you can actually follow.
Any currency
Keep accounts in any currency and get analytics in your base currency. Whether you earn in one place and spend in another, everything rolls up into one coherent picture.
Inter-currency transfers
Move money between accounts in different currencies — with built-in exchange rates or your own. No manual spreadsheet to reconcile what moved where.
Organize your finances
Categorize expenses and income, tag transactions, and slice your data the way that makes sense to you. Clean organization makes statistics actually useful.
Analyze
Find any transaction across accounts and time periods. When you need to answer “where did that money go?” — the answer is a search away.
Architecture
Kbudget is built as a modern web application: a fast client for day-to-day use, a reliable backend for your data, and a clear separation between the two. The goal was a product that feels instant in the browser while keeping finances secure and consistent behind the scenes.
Why I built it
Most budgeting tools either ignore multi-currency life or bury you in complexity. I wanted something that treats currency as a first-class feature, gives honest analytics, and stays out of your way — so you spend less time in spreadsheets and more time knowing where you stand.
